How we handle your personal data

Personal data collected on wanadevstudio.com is processed by Wanadev, 13 quai du Commerce, 69009 Lyon, France (SIRET 511 500 811 00076).

Data we collect

Contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. To give context to your request, we also receive the title and address of the page you are writing from, and the referring page.

Audience measurement: we use Matomo, hosted by Wanadev, without any cookies. It records technical information about your visit (pages viewed, duration, referrer, browser and device type) to produce traffic statistics.

Technical logs: like any website, our host records connection logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed for the security and proper operation of the service.

Purposes, legal bases and retention periods

  • Answering your requests (contact, press, partnerships, spontaneous applications): Wanadev's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Audience measurement: Wanadev's legitimate interest in improving its website. As Matomo is configured without cookies and its data is not shared with third parties, this measurement does not require your consent, under the conditions set by the CNIL (French data protection authority).
  • Website security: Wanadev's legitimate interest. Logs are kept for up to 1 year.

Cookies

This website does not set any analytics, advertising or social media cookies. This is why no consent banner is shown to you.

Links to our social networks are plain links: no content from these platforms is loaded unless you click on them.

Recipients

Your data is intended only for the Wanadev teams handling your request. We do not sell or transfer it. It may be processed by our technical service providers, strictly as needed and under confidentiality obligations, in particular our host OVH SAS. Your data is hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to its processing. You may also set guidelines regarding what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to dpo@wanadev.fr. We may ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts. We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided for by the GDPR.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Changes

We may update this privacy policy, in particular to reflect legal or technical changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
